Billingham Town Councils current committee structure for 2011/12 ratified at our AGM on 17th May 2011 consists of the Finance Policy & Resources Committee, Services & Amenities Committee, Planning Committee, Complaints & Grievance Committee, Staffing Committee and Asset Review Working Group.
